SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We ship domestic and international. Your order will ship the next business day. We ship with USPS unless specific requests or arrangements are made. For international orders please allow 1-4 weeks, as customs takes longer in some countries. 

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our main priority. 

We will gladly accept returns on any items that are unused and in their original condition. Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

If there are any concerns with the item you received please immediately e-mail us at slowdownselfcare@gmail.com to resolve your issue. 

For damaged items, we fully stand behind our quality standards and our goal is your satisfaction, so please report your damaged item within 72 hours of delivery. Please include a photograph of the damaged item in your email.
